If I may leave my "two cents"... I would recommend a .com address, as most people are familiar with it, and often forget when an address is anything but a .com.

If I'm going to have a .com then it has to be kzmiller.com, kamilazmiller.com or kamilazemanmiller.com because kamilamiller.com has been horribly absconded with by an evil Canadian company who only uses it for stupid marketing links.
